Biggest Leak of the Year is Going to Make Hollywood Angry

This last couple of months many of us only focused on ” Star Wars The Force Awakens ” but there some movies will come these days are pretty good themselves.

Tarantino’s last film ” The Hateful Eight “, DiCaprio’s ” Revenant “, Joy, starring Jennifer Lawrence; Michael Fassbender’s Steve Jobs; Carol with Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara; Brie Larson’s Room and many other leaked from Hollywood. Between these movies, DiCabrio’s last film looks like get the more attention and the movie already downloaded more 700 thousand different IP already. I didn’t watch the last movie of DiCabrio yet but with this film, I am hoping he will get his well deserved Oscar.

The movies that leaked will not be high quality as we will see in the cinema, and many will prefer to watch then on the big screen but, of course, this leak will affect the box office number.

Governments want an Access to our Data, but Tim Cook Insisted, Still Says No For The Back Door

Like always politicians keep the media busy with stupid stuff and instead of accepting their fault on increasing the threat of terrorism. They are trying to make people think these is technology companies fault. And pointing their fingers to Apple, Google or any other tech firms.

–
With this last attack in Paris, authorities learn that terrorists are using social media or some apps the communicate. So the politician who should work on a useful solution to this problem. They are choosing the easy way with pointing out the smartphones manufacturers.
–
Apple CEO Tim Cook claimed even their company has no access to user data and they will not put a backdoor in their devices. One of the other reasons that authorities wants to access the user data that many people who are child pornographers, drug traffickers and other criminals are using Facebook, Apple and Google to communicate with each other.
–
So, it is true that criminals are using smartphones or websites to communicate with each other, but even you give the access to data, in the internet world, there is always the other way. If you want to catch the terrorist, use the military and intelligence agencies spies for that, we are already wasting trillion dollars in that area. Do you wish to get the drug traffickers, try to control drug use or just legalize marijuana Uruguay did it a couple of years ago, and crime level rapidly went down. And we already know cannabis is less harmful than cigarettes or alcohol. The point I want to tell the politician just want to avoid what should be done and goes for the easy way. Just blame someone, one of the best one is Donald Trump…

The First-Ever Race of Molecule Cars

Nano word means one by billion. And ’Nano Technology’ represents one billionth of a meter. One of the most interesting initiatives in this area ‘NanoCar Race’ will be held in France.

The NanoCar Race is a race where molecular machines compete on a nano-sized track. A NanoCar is a single molecule-car that has wheels and a chassis… and is propelled by a small electric shock.

The race will be invisible to the naked eye: a unique microscope based in Toulouse, France, will make it possible to watch the competition. The NanoCar race is mostly a fantastic human and scientific adventure that will be broadcast worldwide.

The French southwestern town of Toulouse is preparing for the first-ever international race of molecule-cars: five teams will present their car prototype during the Futurapolis event on November 27, 2015. These cars, which only measure a few nanometers in length and are propelled by an electric current, are scheduled to compete on a gold atom surface next year. Participants will be able to synthesize and test their molecule-car until October 2016 prior to taking part in the NanoCar Race organized at the CNRS Centre d’élaboration des matériaux et d’études structurales (CEMES) by Christian Joachim, senior researcher at the CNRS and Gwénaël Rapenne, professor at Université Toulouse III-Paul Sabatier, with the support of the CNRS.

Good News Came From Paris Climate Change Conference

We tried to follow Paris Climate Change Conference for you passed two weeks. Finally, a common agreement (PDF) signed by 196 countries that decided to limit the carbon emissions that cause climate change. This is the greatest diplomatic success in the history of World.Because, this decision will shape the future of all of us directly.

The agreement acknowledges that the threat of climate change is “urgent and potentially irreversible,” and can only be addressed through “the widest possible cooperation by all countries” and “deep reductions in global emissions.” But how deep will those reductions be — and how soon, and who’s paying for it?

Here are some key figures from the final agreement.

Holding the increase in global average temperature to well below 2 degrees C on above pre-industrial levels …

Limiting the rise in temperature at 2 degrees (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit), this issue has been discussed as a global goal for several years. That amount of warming will still have a substantial impact, scientists say, but will be less devastating than allowing temperatures to rise unchecked.

“To help developing countries switch from fossil fuels to greener sources of energy and adapt to the effects of climate change, the developed world will provide $100 billion a year,” NPR’s Chris Joyce, who has been covering the climate conference, reports.

“Each country came to Paris with a voluntary pledge to reduce emissions,” Chris says. “The agreement now codifies that and sets a framework for those reductions to begin in 2020.”

The agreement still needs to be approved by the individual governments of the countries involved.

But the U.N. won’t be waiting for all 196 nations to give the green light. Countries have from April 22, 2016, to April 21, 2017, to officially sign on to the agreement.

Once at least 55 nations — representing, between them, at least, 55 percent of the world’s total greenhouse gas emissions — have signed on, the pact can go into effect.

An Attractive Benefit From Facebook To The Employees

Facebook offers an attractive benefits option for California headquarters (HQ) employees. Reuters origin of this incentive on the agenda for the last 12 months. Lastly, it was confirmed by the press agent of Facebook.

Press Agent said that Facebook’s human resources policies intended on supporting the employees at every stage of their lives. According to this Facebook employee benefit, if the employees move to in a distance of 16 kilometers from Facebook’s Menlo Park, they will get extra 10K dollars encouragement. Facebook’s central office is 48 kilometers south of San Francisco, for some workers, it means long commute time to go to work. And also, engineers are complaining of high rents in Silicon Valley. As a note recently an engineer who works at Google bought a truck and transformed it as a small home.

Another important detail of the employees’ overtime. When employees have to work overtime, they feel to leave office earlier to go their home because of this handicap. But the distance is close to home, employees can stay easier and does not leave the office without completing the work overtime.Being late to work on morning or overtime stress after work every evening certainly affects the productivity. The sole purpose of today’s tech companies to feel more like a home office and to utilize more the labor force.

Apple Has Hired 800 Engineer Just for the Best Moment

As you know, there are millions of smartphones in used right now. Billions of videos shot or photos taken by the smartphones that we used. Everybody wants to capture a moment in their life anytime, and you never know what will happen next in your life. Smartphones have an important role in capturing moments in our life since DSLRs or regular camcorders are so big and heavy to carry all the time.

–
And for many user camera specifications are very important when they want to buy a new a smartphone. So this 800 Siliconian* engineer working hard on this issue. This small lens in the camera made of 200 pieces. In the cam lens, some wires are half the width of a human hair. Different types of lenses and other components and the biggest achievement is, engineers were able to make the camera less shaky – iPhone 6 does this digitally, but iPhone 6+ does it analog -, also made the lens capture more light for taking better photos or videos at night.
Apple Has Hired 800 Engineer Just for the Best Moment
Of course, smartphones are way too far to catch the moment like DSRL cameras but, in these ten years, they improved a lot. And they will continue to be our favorite moment capture devices for a very long time.

The Clean Energy Boom, and This Time, Nothing Will Stop This

The Lawmakers in the U.S. just agreed on a extend a tax credit for solar and wind power gathering sources. This extend will give a massive push to the industry itself.

This tax extension also can be a good example for the other countries to do something about boosting clean energy installing in their country. And excellent news for Mother Earth because USA is one of the biggest CO2 producers. This extension also is predicted to add an extra 20 gigawatts of solar power, and this number is more than every panel ever installed in the U.S. before 2015. Another example of this figure; it is like adding an another USA of solar power. The tax credit estimated value is $25 billion over five years, will bring extra $38 billion in solar and $35 billion wind investment through 2021. According to the BNEF* just wind power expected to contribute another 19 gigawatts over five years, this number is enough to supply 8 million U.S. homes with clean power. Fortunately, USA isn’t the only country doing something about clean energy. Even there are some countries did better than the US.

–
Costa Rica: The country been running on clean energy for 75 days of 2015. And this December they reached %95.5 on clean energy.
Denmark: Can produce clean energy for its %40 percent of the population. They have a small population but in windy days. They can produce %140 more than they need. The extra power sold to the other countries but with the improving battery technology this additional power can be stored.
Germany: in 2015 Germany produced %78 of its energy needs from renewables; this number is on its best day, but Germany is almost 80 million population and one of the biggest economies in the world. So this number is more than any European country.
–
Uruguay: With the populations 3.4 million, the country switches most this power gathering to renewables. Uruguay can run its 94.5% of the energy need with the renewable. They are one of the best examples of changing their energy producing sources in a very short time, less than ten years they reach %94,5.
The Clean Energy Boom, and This Time, Nothing Will Stop This.
–
These are excellent news for our Earth, but these countries become a small part of the World of you consider our more than 6 billion population. It is highly possible we will see the effects of global warming until China and India do something about their energy gathering systems. This changes will not be too effective to our global warming problem. And Most importantly China needs to do something. We all saw what happened in Beijing; the city is at the edge killing itself. It sounds like a joke, but unfortunately fresh air from Canada is very popular right now. Smog in Beijing 40 times toxic than World Health Organization’s recommendations. The country is planning to raise the EVs sales up to 240,000 this year. And aim to make 2 million EVs in 2020.
–
Our Earth finally gets into clean energy era, but we are still at the beginning. These changes make us hope for cleaner future for ourselves, our children and Polar Bears.

Solar Energy Balloons Can Be The Answer for Bad Weather Days

We all know that solar panels need sunlight as possible for optimal power output. Unfortunately, there will be bad weather or cloudy days are ahead. Now Japanese-French Laboratory scientists from Japan are developing a balloon that has solar panels on it. It can go above the clouds, that way no bad weather can affect your energy need. Scientists say; above the clouds, you can get much more sunshine and more energy. And when the project finishes and balloons start gathering sun energy at full efficiency. This technology could be cost much lower than coal, and clean.

The primary goal of the project is; how to make a balloon that lightweight polymers on it for gathering the Sun’s energy. Balloons will be connected to the ground, and the connection cables would transmit the electric power down to earth. Balloons will be 6 km up ( 3.6 miles ) and below the airplanes routes. And long term goal is to make them work at the up 20 km ( 12.4 miles ), this high they can not be bothered by clouds or bad weather conditions

Audi is Working on a New Battery Technology For All-Electric Cars

Tesla has all the attention when we talk about all-electric vehicles. But German Auto maker Audi – my favorite car brand – working on new battery technology for the e-cars. The high voltage battery will used on upcoming Volkswagen Group cars like the R8 E-Tron, Q6 Quattro E-Tron, and the Porsche Mission E four-door all-electric sedan. Audi’s main focus is creating a standard battery module that can be fit perfectly to many different cars. Modules are the size of a shoe box and made from aluminum. Also, can fill with cylindrical, prismatic or flat battery cells, depending on the car’s structure.

–
According to the reports from InsideEVs, Audi has increased the energy density of prismatic battery cells by 50%, now cells can work up to 550-watt hours per liter of volume. And Audi is planning the increase that by 50% over the next ten years. And the cost of battery cells dropped half over the past five years. Audi predict, the battery cells will work 100,000 miles without decreasing in performance.
Audi is Working on a New Battery Technology For All-Electric Cars
There are only a few manufacturers who are trying to make more efficient batteries. The all-electric car market is small for now, but in time if the market grows, more manufacturers will invest money for researching better and more efficient batteries. I think, with the Formula-E electric cars will improve so much.
