Drone crashes into Empire State

The police report says drone crashed into the 4oth floor. And the man who crashed the drone into the famous building charged with crashing the drone. The man claims he asked an officer an officer told him it will be okay to fly there. There is no intel which drone was it, but Sean Nivin Riddle was charged with reckless endangerment and illegal navigation of an aircraft in and over the city. And he says; ” He just wanted to shot a couple of seconds of video for non-profit purposes.

All I wanted was to shoot 5 seconds of video to promote a non-profit. I asked a cop 20 minutes before I did it. He said it was fine.

But to the FAA Empire State Building and almost the rest of the Manhattan is a no-fly for drones because of its heliports and helipads. So what are the rules of flying drones in the U.S?

There are a few guidelines for any drone flight that every drone owner should keep in mind:

Never fly over people or roads
Never fly higher than 400 feet from where you launched
Never fly within 5 miles of an airport (or restricted military space)
You can fly within 5 miles of an airport, but be mindful of height restrictions. The further away you are from an airport, the higher you can fly. For example, at 1.5 miles you can fly up to 35 feet, at 5 miles you can fly up to 400 feet. This DJI resource is helpful for better understanding no-fly zones.
Drones are banned from all National Parks.

No More 85 kWh Battery Packs For Tesla Models

Tesla has been updating the options for Tesla Models S. Beginning of 2016; Tesla no longer sells the Model S vehicles with the rear-wheel-drive option. Also, they removed the 85kWh battery pack option from their sales. First they eliminate the option in Canada couple of weeks ago and this week Tesla representatives have been contacting with their potential buyers around the world – in where they have dealer – and informing them there will be no more 85 kWh option after Sunday to order. The company will only offer 70 and 90 kWh options for the buyers.

Before this Tesla discontinues producing 40 and 60 kWh option, they are not doing this first time. Model S completely customizable; the customers can quickly choose the option as they like. So with this last update, you have a chance to choose your Tesla among four types of Model S which are 70, 70D, 90D and P90D. Model X will have three options 70D, 90D and P90D – Model X options are for the U.S. for the other countries this model range could be different or the same. And Model 3, there are no comments on this model yet, but many of the consumers are waiting for this model. The range of the Model S will be with 70D battery pack is 240 miles and with the 90D package, it will be 286 miles.

These range number can be changed for how you use them of course and Model 3’s estimate range will be 250 miles as Elon Musk says and there are some report says; Model 3 might be cheaper than 35,000$ in the USA after tax incentives.

When the first time we introduced drones. Many people thought these flying devices would change everything in the filming industry. And they did; they have been starting using by film industry, construction, agriculture, for security purposes, gathering information in battlefileds and you can add many more.

Also they had been used in many area that many of us not thought before. Some people use them to clean the leaf from their back yard ( very usefull tho ), there is new leauge started in which drones are reacing with eachother and many more like this. But these last one that is called ” DroneBoarding ” is little bit different but logical and a nice idea. Also we were thinking some drone producers might be seriously thinking about building new strong drones that pull people and record the event at the same time.

The Drone at the video on the top looks like just made for this job. We can’t say the same thing for the little guy’s drone tho, but it do the trick. And in the future may not need a high ground to ski.

Of course this improvement has a price, Nissan will charge $35,050 for this new SV model. This price change can be considered to be too much for an additional 23 miles of range. The last base-model Leaf S was $28,060.

Will Nissan Leaf Has Chance Against Tesla or GM?

The future all-electric market will be hard for every firm that produces all-electric or plug-in vehicles. The battery, which comes in two models, a 10kWh or a 7kWh and can be installed outside of the house. The Powerwall battery works with solar panels that collect sun-powered. The battery first went on sale at last May and price was for $3,750 or $3,000 relying upon the capacity. All units of the Powerwall sold out in 10 days after the launch.
