Now They Have Been Used For Smuggling Drugs To Jail

Drones made the video and photo experience better since they released. But unfortunately, people are not stopping use these devices for criminal purposes.

–
In the UK, a drone that carries a payload of cannabis, mobile phones, and some charges, crashed into the yard of the prison. A source from the jail said; the drone was flying in the area where there were no cameras. And he added the prison management has no idea how many times the method used for smuggling stuff for the inmates. It Appears drones have been used in these ways a lot. And thanks to the bad operator of that drone, we learned an another way to smuggle stuff. No matter how secure the prison is, looks like there is always a way in.

Unfortunately, these awesome devices have been operated in many bad ways. Some fly them near the airports, some used them to protest which happened in Japan couple weeks ago, a drone that carries radioactive sand flew over the office of Japanese Prime minister’s office. That was just an act of a protest, but this showed it highly possible drones can use for more deadly events.

In the first six months of 2015, ten drones crash while trying to smuggle stuff inside the prison and possible before these crashes many successful deliveries had made. Soon we might see drones that fly around the jail with their drone catching nets like in Japan, but personally, I don’t think this will work either until prison start to use jammers or close the roof completely.
