Belgium Government will fine Facebook $270,000 For Tracking Users

Court in Belgium issued that Facebook will be fine $270,000 per day for tracking users who aren’t signed in within 48 hours, courts said Facebook uses a cookie that attaches itself to user’s device the minute they login the website, cookie will stored up two years, cookie track your hits when you visit a page that Facebook recommended.

Spokesman from Facebook said, the cookie that called ” datr ” is safe and we are using it more than 5 years and not any of our 5 billions users effected by it. But the court’s point is Facebook is tracking people without their permission, and this is not the first time Belgium has voiced its displeasure how Facebook works, in April a study found out Facebook also have cookies that tracked logged-out users without their consent.

Looks like Facebook follows our every move, what we like or what we share, and this Belgium people very angry gave 48hrs to Facebook to stop this action.

Google has announced that, there will no longer support Chrome Browser on older OS X, Windows XP and Vista.

There will be no longer updates like security holes etc.. available on Microsoft’s Windows XP and Vista, as well as Apple’s Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8 devices.Google explained that these Operating systems will not be supported “since these platforms are no longer actively supported by Microsoft and Apple.”

As a note, Microsoft has committed to supporting Vista until April 2017, but Google says, “Such older platforms are missing critical security updates and have a greater potential to be infected by viruses and malware.”

Chrome will still be fully functional after Google ends support for the browser on these Operating Systems, but with no updates or security fixes incoming after April next year, Google is urging users to upgrade their operating systems.

So The company can make a long range car with current batteries. But why they don’t, Elon Musk said; ” the cost would be so much and vehicle would be too high”. They need to fill front, rear trunk and take a little bit space from the passenger room, if they fill these will places with batteries no doubt that car will go 500 miles with a single charge.And Elon Musk added this, within ten years the company would be able to make a car with the same range without changing the Model S structure, so same Model S but more range. Now the company not focused on how much energy the battery can produce, they focused on how they can make the same battery with the lower cost.

Now the current battery can go 300 miles with a rate of 65 miles per hour. Even this range is pretty good for most of the people. But real issue here is; if Tesla want go grow and became a strong company they need to sell more cars and not many people can afford a car that is $100.000 so that is why they focused on the battery cost. Elon Musk doesn’t give a exact number but they want to lower the cost %30 per battery, with their new giant factory they are planing to reach this number.

With the price reduction Tesla will be able to start making Model 3 in 2017, their low cost car which is planed to be between 30 – 40 thousand dollar.
