Unfortunately this replacement only for the ones which sold in the U.S. and Canada for now. It is a serious issue for the user who bought the Surface before July 2015. Cord cables may not look so important for to change but they can cause fire and after severe damage to a user or burn a house down, so better do it as soon as possible.
