Secure Your Safety With New Smart Bike Helmet

For many people, cycling is a part of their daily routine and safety is always something that should be taken seriously.  With increased safety awareness programs and advertisements the amount of people now using helmets while riding has increased dramatically over the last couple of decades.  However, there is always room for improvement when it comes to safety, and many companies are now selling ‘smart helmets’ which are designed to be that little bit safer than traditional ones.

Smart bike helmets are not a new concept, but this latest creation from Brooklyness is one with a difference.  Launched on Kickstarter, the project has already exceeded its investment target by more than double which is fantastic news for the team.  The new creation, the Classon smart bike helmet, has cameras embedded in both the front and back to gives the user a much better view of their surroundings at all times.  It also features a light under the visor that alerts them when a vehicle is in their blind spot or approaching from behind.

The amazing, life-saving, device also comes with sensors that are able to detect your movements and activate turn indicators on both the front and back of the helmet clearly alerting others to the cyclist’s movements without jeopardizing their safety.  And the internal accelerometer can sense when the cyclist is reducing your speed and shows a brake light on the back of the helmet.  As well as all those fantastic features, the Classon smart bike helmet also has the compatible Classon App, which will allow the user to receive directions through directional lights in the visor.

Another feature of the helmet is the ability to pull data from the helmet and see stats about the ride itself.  And just in case you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a collision, the helmet will also capture videos too!  All of these amazing features seem too good to be true and impossible to fit all within one helmet, but the Classon helmet does combine all of this to give cyclists one of the most technologically advanced smart helmets there is.

With investment opportunities quickly going, you will need to be quick to try and secure one of the first of these amazing devices, and although limited, from a $150 pledge you could get yours as early as April 2017.  The team is also giving away to anyone that contributes to the campaign, a six month “Classon Club” subscription along with your helmet that includes GPS, video access, helmet replacement and much more, so go secure your safety today.
