This tech also wanted to use in Planes for better connectivity.

purelife fast internet techLi-Fi uses light to send information, through the air. The world already uses light to transfer data with fiber optic cables, during the transfer there is no data loss with fiber cables, Li-Fi will be using light but through the air, moving data through the air is more challenging because there is no guide the signal to show where it needs to go.
Currently Li-Fi Inventor Pro. Harald Haas told: the company is working on some pilot projects within different industries to utilize the VLC ( visible light communication ) technology. The designed a lighting solution where all data transfer was done through the light. They also work with some private companies to setting up a Li-Fi network to access the internet in their office space. In the future Li-Fi tech can provide fast and secure data transfer, it is not certain when the regular users will be able to use this technology, but we are looking forward to using it.
