When the CEO of Apple Tim Cook talks about Apple Watches he says overall satisfaction of their smartwatch is %97 but for last survey this number is not accurate. In Survey result came from 340 people who stopped using their Apple Watch So why they stopped using the watch. Here is a list of their comments.
- Watch is too slow. Especially with third party apps.
- Short battery life, users desires that watch face visible all the time and no need charge every day.
- Doesn’t worth the price.
Forty-five percent of the users gave up on Apple watch just in two weeks. Fifty-five used more than two weeks but still not satisfied using it. Many of them put their watch away, instead of selling it, and some wear the watch time to time. Well, numbers are not as Tim Cook says. The users of the watch are people who grown up with the latest technology and this unsatisfaction on smartwatches is not only with Apple Watch. Others also need to reconsider their design.
