Sony’s PS4 Is the Next Host for VR Porn?

Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, and Final Fantasy may be some of the first names you associate with Sony’s PS4, but for how much longer. It may be one of the most popular gaming platforms out there, but now Sony may be moving in another direction, and it is very little they can do about it. With thanks to VR headsets, Sony may soon find themselves the next biggest platform for people to view VR porn.

Sony has tried a little to restrict how users view porn on their console by banning porn apps, but there is very little the company can do to stop users from accessing porn apps and websites via the browser. VRPorn founder, Daniel Peterson, states, “Most likely, the path from PSVR to VR porn will be through the web. PSVR users will be accessing websites, using their PlayStation VR headset.”

VR porn is set to take off over the next few months and could become the next big gaming trend where users have the chance to have sex with another real life player and could change the whole dating world as we know it.  Although Sony is very publicly saying now that they will not be supporting VR porn if it does take off as well as predicted in the next 12 months, will they be so adamantly against the idea?  I guess all we can do now is wait and see what is to come.
