China soon will meet new Teslas, Elon Musk wants to build new models for the Chinese market but “when?”Elon Musk is really want to produce new Teslas in China, company has been contact with Chinese automakers and officials and The CEO of the Tesla said production might begin in two years. Well why China? It is one of the biggest economies in the world and getting bigger everyday also it has the largest automotive market in world. In January to September Tesla delivered 3,025 cars in China, Model S70 starts with $106,000 in China, one of the main reason take the production to China is bring the price down by a third. If Musk want to take production to China, the company should be partner with a local automaker as the Chinese government requires.
In years Elon Musk has spoken about the Chinese production ambitions, in 2014 Must said Chinese Tesla production will begin in four years. Also Tesla has partnered with a Chinese company which is search giant Baidu on mapping and autonomous car tech. Well before Tesla promised about some timelines but they announced the Model X SUV in 2012, should delivered the cars on 2013 but Company only delivered a handful of Model X at September 2015, still we should judge company real quick, Tesla still can be considered to be a small company if you compare with Mercedes, BMW, Toyota or others.
Taking the production to China surely help the Tesla be more competitive in the markets, With Model X SUV and affordable Model 3, well we will also see what will happen…
