The Oasis Eco Resort will be the newest tourist hotel in 2020 that will follow green technology to the letter. Planned to be built in Liwa Oasis, by Baharash Architecture, this resort is expected to accommodate solar panels of up to 157.000 square feet that will produce enough green energy for the entire 8,400 square foot building.
Supervised and directed by the Eco Resort Group, the Oasis Eco Resort is set to be built in the rural area in southern Abu Dhabi, and it will be a high-end hotel for the affluent. According to Baharash Bagherian, a good groundwater spot was discovered and digging it up is anticipated to benefit crop farmers, fish farmers and owners of recreational venues. There will be an onsite wastewater treatment and recycling system, too, so that the recovered water can be used for irrigation.

Harvested crops will be cooked in the resort’s eatery, and more food will be bought from local farmers. Resorts guests will also be persuaded to buy their food too from the local farmers and then get a free chef to prepare a meal on their behalf. Spring will do the whole resort, and there will be 84 en-suites of different sizes. Surrounding it is beautiful dusty-red scenery made up of sand dunes.
There will be a separate zero-emissions zone with its waste treatment center, a research unit and business complex. The place will look nearly like the Yellowstone national park in the USA, with zoologists and other conservation professionals. Ultimately the area will be a big ecosystem with flora, fauna and people and will offer the locals work to do.
