New York and California Want the Backdoor Key to Our Smart Devices

The battle between companies and the government still continues. New York State Introduced a bill last summer that requires smart device manufacturers to open a backdoor or they will face fines. And now one other politician from California has the same idea. Bill in California, which introduces, says; smart device manufacturers should give the government an open door for the smartphones after January 2017. If not, manufacturers will pay $2,500 fee per phone. Of course this bill only for the smart devices which sold in California State.

If the bill passes, it will affect Google Android and Apple iOS devices. After iOS 8, Apple ceased storing encryption keys for its smart devices. Now they are impossible to unlock even by Apple itself. Tim Cook still insists on the “no back door” policy. And almost all users of smart devices are supporting him. We understand bad people are using this device but also this bill will give access to our phones for everyone. Who can protect us from hackers, many hackers are waiting like sharks for this opportunity to access out data and used them against us. Once again some politicians want to look like they are something for us.
