The idea is brilliant. In Audi’s virtual experience, the company lets you customize its 52 models as you like. Color options, see different packages change the car’s look, change the rims, walk around the vehicle and see every detail. On the internet, almost every car maker give us the option to change the car look, but VR experience is something else, seeing exact look of the car 1/1 scale will be awesome. And when you bought the car, you will not get any surprise how colors looks different than we saw on the websites or what you imagine.

Audi did a demonstration in CES with this technology; there was only an R8 in that demo. Not a model everyone can afford easily. But it will come with other models soon. After Audi, the other firms will start to put VR experience to their showrooms for sure. Don’t ask yourself; ” What is going there?” When you see a bunch of people going around and try to touch air with VR headsets in a car dealer.
