October 28th 2016 will be an exciting day for Tesla and all its many fans, partners, and investors for it will be unveiling not one, but three fantastic products that we have to look forward to. These are the much awaited solar roof in conjunction with SolarCity, the next generation of the Powerwall, and the brand new Tesla charger. Although all three of these products have received a lot of hype previously, no one knows that much about them. But, that is all set to change on October 28.
We do know that the solar roof is due to be an integrated structure within the roof rather than something bulky that will sit on top like traditional panels as was confirmed by Elon Musk earlier in the year. In the grand unveiling, customers will get to see the Tesla/SolarCity solar roof with integrated Powerwall 2.0 battery and Tesla charger in the flesh, all in one go.

Tesla’s Giga factory is set to begin producing its new round of 2170 battery cells at the end of the year, so exciting times certainly are ahead for the multi-billion dollar corporation and all of its existing and soon to be customers. Again, it’s all speculation as to how the Tesla Charger will play a part in everything and if it will be integrated into the solar roof as suggested. It would certainly make sense to combine all three products as the company will clearly profit and the customers will benefit too.
