Most of using our phones before sleep and screen light can cause some sleeping problems. Apple put a new feature called ” Night Shift”. This mode automatically adjusts the color of your smart device’s screen, reduce light so you can easily sleep while looking at your tweets or checking you emails.

Many studies showed that blue light that given by lightbulb or by electronic devices is ruining your body’s biological clock. Your smart device activities the “night shift” mode with using your geolocation, automatically change the colors on your screen to the warmer colors. This change lets your eyes be relaxed, and it will be much more easy for you to fall asleep. iOS 9.3 version not yet released. But this night shift mode looks useful for the people watch the phone screen all the time.
